[0]這篇道歉信比較短,不知道日常生活中的道歉信是否也這么短;蛟S是因?yàn)閷?duì)方本來就可能比較生氣了,再發(fā)一篇長(zhǎng)篇大論可能對(duì)方也不想看,對(duì)方其實(shí)就像知道問題怎么解決,后果誰(shuí)承擔(dān)。因此這篇郵件的邏輯基本也是按照這一順序。
[1]開頭道歉。[2]然后可能會(huì)講述問題原因,或者將解決方案先講完,再解釋原因(如果比較長(zhǎng))。
[3]解決辦法,越細(xì)越好,落實(shí)到人頭和時(shí)間。這里用的shortly,或許發(fā)完郵件當(dāng)天就會(huì)著手處理,但如果解決的時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)一些,或許應(yīng)寫明大約需要多少時(shí)間。
