No body could deny the fact that trust is the foot-stone for a profit-making organization in every walk of life. Against the background of an era featured by increasing commercialization and digitization, it is exceedingly crucial to build trust between businesses and consumers.
At the top of the list, trust can lay a solid foundation for commercial activities. If businesses fail to establish trust between themselves and their consumers, customers will lack purchasing confidence when the businesses provide goods and services, with these organizations suffering a great loss in finance ; therefore, it does great harm to businesses if they abuse the trust. More importantly, in a netted world,if a company has a dishonest attitude toward its customer, the adverse side-effect of such dishonesty can spread at a high speed beyond imagination, which can exert devastating consequences on the business even the whole commercial atmosphere.
Taking into account what has been argued above, we may safely arrive at a conclusion that businesses should take a leading role in establishing customers trust: to be honest to their consumers. Undoubtedly, it is sensible for commercial organizations to keep in mind that honesty is the best policy, because where is trust, there is money.

沒有人能夠否認誠信是各行各業(yè)盈利機構的基石。處于日益商業(yè)化和電子化的時代背景之下,建立企業(yè)和消費者之間的信任至關重要。
首先,信任可以為商業(yè)活動打下堅實的基礎。如果企業(yè)沒有建立自己與消費者之間的信任,那么企業(yè)在提供產品和服務時,消費者就會喪失購買信心,企業(yè)就要承受巨大的經濟損失。因此,如果企業(yè)濫用信任會帶來極大危害。更為重要的是,在網絡時代,如果一家企業(yè)欺騙消費者,這樣不誠信的行為會以難以想象的速度快速傳播,從而對企業(yè)甚至整個商業(yè)環(huán)境造成致命傷害。
將以上分析考慮在內,,我們大可以得出一個結論:企業(yè)應該在建立消費者信任上起主 導作用,也就是要誠信面對消費者。毫無疑問,企業(yè)應該將誠信為本謹記于心,因為有信任的地方就有利潤。

The relationship between business and customers has changed a lot in past years. But one thing that still remains is the importance of building the mutual trust. By doing so, both parties could reach a win-win situation. The following part would explain my opinions from two different perspectives.
Studies have shown that many consumers would buy products of the brands they trust. That is, consumers’ loyalty would definitely influence the decisions. When buying a product even just a snack, people would prefer the more popular and familiar one like Snickers than other brands. At least, it would not disappoint you when you are hungry. Similarly, companies could receive the credit by providing commodities with reliable quality. It allows the Snickers to increase sales steadily.
Establishing trust is one of the most important factors in any business’s success. So it is no doubt to say that keeping this healthy relationship between the two parties is the pivot of consumption. (158字)
