To understand and analyze carefully customer’s technical requirement based on their process and recipes and offer standard products and solutions. Define and understand clearly the requirement and technical challenge and cross it with our available products and provide solutions with the most practical approach. 基于客戶的加工方法和配方理解并認真分析客戶技術需求，為其提供標準的產品和方案。清晰的界定和了解客戶的需求和技術難題，利用我們可用的產品，提供實際的解決方案。 2. To prepare samples for trials for internal tech service lab and also for customers trial. To carry out small scale lab trial with miniature or bench equipments in order to provide convincing finished product demonstrations for customers. 為內部技術服務實驗室的檢驗和客戶的檢驗提供樣品。為提供有說服力的終產品展示進行試驗。 3. Focus on fast track projects only and achieve technical success by using standard products in our existing range, assess by lab trial comparisons and make suitable selection, or in combination, or through modification of dosage and process to get to the quick success of the project. 關注快速進程項目，并且依靠使用我們業(yè)務范圍內的標準產品來達到技術上的成功，通過實驗室對照和適當?shù)倪x擇進行評估，或通過組合，或通過制造方法的改進來達到項目的成功。 4. To work hand in hand with Sales Team in order to ensure consistency of promotion, product selection and commercial fit to customer’s demand and strategy laid down by Category Manager. To assist and guide customers to duplicate successful lab trials and in enlarged on-line plant trials. To arrange and provide customers documentations (product data sheets, trial results analysis, presentations on product + application introductions, promotion materials), under local language. 準備并提供含有當?shù)卣Z言的客戶文件(產品資料單，檢驗結果分析，產品和用途介紹的展示，宣傳材料) 6. To communicate closely with RDA team, to learn and gain training to understand product‘s specific characteristics and performance, how it works and then convince customer via demonstration, trials and technical discussion. Also download internal training at the sales team. When our existing standard solution fails, or customer’s technical challenge is out of technical service’s capabilities, then feedback clearly to RDA team and communicate effectively to request for new product / solution innovation and development. 與研發(fā)團隊密切溝通，通過學習，參加培訓了解產品細節(jié)的特性，性能和其如何產生作用，之后通過展示，檢驗和技術討論來說服客戶。 在銷售團隊中進行內部培訓。當現(xiàn)存的標準產品不符合要求或者客戶的技術難題超過了技術服務的能力，清晰的反饋給研發(fā)團隊并且高效的討論需要的新產品或解決方案的革新和發(fā)展。 7. Set up trial protocol and also consult RDA for help whenever necessary and communicate with RDA on methods and approach of evaluation or analysis. 制定實驗方案并且需要時尋求研發(fā)團隊的幫助，與研發(fā)交流評估或分析的方法和途徑。 8. Collaborate with other Cargill BU’s commercial organizations in the region on customer projects and opportunities. 在客戶項目和機會上和其他當?shù)氐募渭虅战M織合作。 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or Master Degree, Food or Chemical major本科或研究生學歷，食品或化工專業(yè) 2. Fresh Graduates應屆生 3. Strong listening , communication, demonstration skills優(yōu)秀的傾聽，交流和展示能力 4.
