1.A man may claim that the owns land by inheritance or purchase from some other person.

財(cái)產(chǎn)可分為不動(dòng)產(chǎn)和動(dòng)產(chǎn)兩類(lèi).
不動(dòng)產(chǎn)包括大量法定權(quán)益和某些有形物.
不動(dòng)產(chǎn)指的是土地及土地上附著物.
土地所有權(quán)源于占有.
如果一個(gè)擅自戰(zhàn)用者被遺棄土地
并連續(xù)不受干涉地占用12年,
原土地所有人的產(chǎn)權(quán)將消滅.
