- Complex calendar management (day-to-day, fiscal year planning, and time management).
- Meeting agenda & meeting minute’s preparation.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver processes, leadership meetings, reviews, etc
- Other tasks asked by the boss
Requirements:
- Fluently English both in oral and in written
- Good ability of communication
- Good ability of anti-pressure
- Good skill of organization
- Quick learner
- Applying Office Software proficiently
- Quick respond when dealing with all kinds of troubles
