Admin Receptionist職位描述：
Tasks

Reception
- Be responsible for reception
- Bring visitors to meeting room or ask colleague to come to front door
- Establish calendar for meeting rooms; update calendar regularly

Courier + Mail Service
- Arrange every day pick-up with all courier service providers;
- Contact courier company when mail delivery problem occurs
- Call DHL and DPEX on request
- If needed, bring regular mail to China Post (EMS) once a day
- Process customs declaration of all incoming and outgoing parcels etc.

Office supply / Purchasing
- Develop and update list of stationary + office material which should be on stock
- Check stock and order “on stock” items regularly
- Order other office material
- Order water bottles
- Check stock and order food items (milk, sugar, tea, coffee)

Equipment
- Check printers and fax machine and refill paper
- Call repair service for equipment
- Follow-up and feed back to colleagues/management


Requirements
• Qualified beginners are welcome or applicants have 1-2 years work experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational company
• Very good command of English language; Mandarin mother tongue
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also willingness to work in teams
• Service orientation
