愛(ài)立信（中國(guó)）通信有限公司招聘HR Recruitment Assistant (Intern)

時(shí)間要求：每周至少工作4天，并且能連續(xù)工作6個(gè)月或以上。（時(shí)間要求為硬性要求，如無(wú)法滿足請(qǐng)繞行）。

Descriptions: The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.

Main responsibilities: 1.Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, HR Business Partners (BP), and other interviewers 2.Arrange different tests for candidates 3.Maintain Interview Recording System 4.Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening 5.Job posting internally and externally 6.Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance 7.Assist offer officers 8.Participate in recruitment related project as an assistant

Qualifications： 1.Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement 2.Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills 3.Open-minded, smart, fast learning 4.Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated 5.Able to work under high pressure 6.Good command of English and Mandarin 7.Excellent communication skills
