本次考試報(bào)名采用網(wǎng)上報(bào)名、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)確認(rèn)的方式進(jìn)行。

網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間為2012年3月6日－3月20日，網(wǎng)址為上海市職業(yè)能力考試網(wǎng)（www.spta.gov.cn）“網(wǎng)上報(bào)名”欄目。完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的考生須及時(shí)下載打印并保存報(bào)名表。
