　　文章理解：

　　a.關(guān)于白矮星冷卻（cooling down）的過程，外圍有一層殼裹著，所以發(fā)出的熱量被吸收，雖然內(nèi)部冷卻了，仍然可以散發(fā)能量。第二段做一補(bǔ)充，說中微子的能量觀測不到，所以可能有一部分能量沒有計(jì)算在內(nèi)。第三段是說白矮星冷卻竟然需要很長時間（觀測到冷的白矮星的數(shù)目劇減），所以可以通過最冷白矮星的年齡估計(jì)銀河系的年齡。
